This Privacy Policy describes how Prism Path (the "app"), released by evopiep.com, processes information. It is applicable solely to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Prism Path neither collects, stores nor transmits any personal data to evopiep.com or to any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts and includes no analytics or external crash‑reporting services.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID), contains no advertising SDKs, and does not incorporate any third‑party tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, exchange, or otherwise disclose personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature demands them, and any information involved is processed locally on your device.

You may revoke any granted permission at any time via Android Settings.
Data stored on your device
All content saved by the app stays on your device, never leaves it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services directly. Google Play and Android operate under their respective privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not aimed at children under 13 (COPPA) and does not intentionally gather data from minors. If the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction exceeds 13, that higher age applies. Parents may contact kilian7aubert@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because no data is collected, erasing it simply requires uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable period, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you email us, we use the content of your message solely to provide a reply.
Security
Your information remains on your device and is protected by Android’s security mechanisms. As no system can be absolutely secure, we keep the app minimal and avoid collecting unnecessary data.
Changes to this policy
Should this policy be updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
